To assist you with booking accommodation when attending the Conference the organisers have negotiated exclusive rates at the hotels listed below. Bookings at these hotels can be made via the Conference registration process here.

Please note: If when booking your hotel, the online system indicates it is full please email Rosanna Carleton rosanna@conference.nz with your preferred hotel and dates and she will be able to assist you.  The hotel may not be full, your dates may fall outside the rooms held by the organisers.

Hotels are listed in order of distance to the venue (Victory Convention Centre).

Quest on Beaumont

Terms and Conditions

Rates are per room per night and include 15% GST (goods and services tax).

Credit card details are required at the time of booking as a guarantee only, your card will not be charged.  All accommodation charges must be settled directly with the Hotel prior to departure. No invoice will be issued.

Credit card details are encrypted in the online registration system database and stored in an electronic vault. The payment service provider EventsAIR, is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant. This means your card data is protected to the highest possible levels, from data entry into our online registration sites, through to payment into the banks. Nothing will be deducted from your card prior to the conference.

In case of your non arrival or late cancellation the hotel will be given access to your card details to charge the appropriate cancellation fee.

If you wish to charge back your accommodation this can be done at check-out if your organisation has made an arrangement directly with the hotel concerned. If a charge back has been arranged, please notify Conference Innovators.
