The organisers have negotiated exclusive rates at the hotels listed below. Bookings at these hotels can be made via the conference registration process once this goes live in the near future.  Please note that the conference organisers cannot guarantee that rates negotiated are the best available at any particular time and delegates are free to make their own inquiries about accommodation.

Information and terms & conditions

Rates are per room per night and include 15% GST (goods and services tax).

Credit card details are required at the time of booking as a guarantee only, your card will not be charged.  All accommodation charges must be settled directly with the Hotel prior to departure. No invoice will be issued.

In case of your non arrival or late cancellation the hotel will be given access to your card details to charge the appropriate cancellation fee.

If you wish to charge back your accommodation this can be done at check-out if your organisation has made an arrangement directly with the hotel concerned. If a charge back has been arranged, please notify Conference Innovators.
