Positive Education, Change and Fear: Creating a whole school approach in a Secondary Context
In 2016 Avonside Girls' High School underwent a massive review of pastoral and wellbeing systems in the school. The review, involving community consultation, student and staff voice, led to huge changes in our school structure, curriculum and systems for student and staff care.

In this presentation we'll share our journey towards creating a culture of care and how we attempted to bring staff, students and whānau along with us.
