To assist you with booking accommodation when attending the conference the organisers have negotiated exclusive rates at the conference hotel, Pan Pacific Perth. Bookings at the hotel can be made via the registration process.

Please note: If when booking your hotel, the online system indicates it is full please email Rosanna Carleton rosanna@conference.nz with your preferred hotel and dates and she will be able to assist you. The hotel may not be full, your dates may fall outside the rooms held by the organisers.

General information


The information supplied via the online registration process will be shared and used by ASP. The Privacy Act 1993 requires that, before your name, organisation and email can be published in the list of delegates either for distribution to fellow delegates or any other party, you must give your consent. Unless you advise Terri Lowsley, Conference Manager terri@conference.nz, your details will be included on the list of conference delegates distributed at the conference.

Should you need to cancel your registration, you may reassign your registration to another person. All cancellations and substitutions must be notified in writing to Conference Innovators. Registration cancellations received in writing before and including 25 January 2018 will receive a full refund less an administration charge of $150. After this date refunds will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee.  

If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the conference is cancelled, the registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred. Charges for cancellations of accommodation, particularly within one month of the conference, will be subject to the discretion of the hotel concerned and your credit card may be charged a cancellation fee levied by the hotel.
